Secus Fork Air Spring Upgrade

For the first time, we created an air spring with a truly better spring rate, everywhere in the travel, than a coil. The Secus upgrade delivers the first and only air spring system to really come indistinguishably close to the linear spring rate of a coil fork for the entire first 2/3rds of its travel, with the advantage of a gentle end stroke progression to prevent bottoming without the “wall of force” harshness that excessively progressive springs create.

Advantages:

1. An enlarged negative air spring chamber delivers a soft, supple initial stroke for ultimate small bump compliance (yes, even compared to the Luftkappe)

2. Proprietary Midstroke Support Valve improves predictability and support beyond the sag point

3. Reduced lower leg pneumatic ramp means better scalability of the air spring, particularly for light riders who previously struggled to use full travel

4. Plush and predictable like a coil, bottomless like an air spring

5. Allows full use of travel in both directions - fully extends to topout without any quibbles (including on Debonair B1 air springs) and fully compresses without excessive ramp

6. Allows more lower leg bath oil to be used for superior lubrication

7. Considerably lighter than coil conversions - adds approximately 130g

8. Simple setup - inflate fork, bounce on it a few times, press MSV charge button, go ride

9. Compatible with OEM volume spacers for end-stroke progression adjustment

10. Compatible with other aftermarket top-cap systems such as DSD Runt and MRP Ramp Control

11. Lower compression ratios mean a more consistent spring rate

12. Transferrable between any Secus-compatible forks with only a footstud to change at most

Smashpot Coil Spring Conversion

Converts Your Rockshox 35mm fork, Fox 36 or Marzocchi Z1 to a coil spring. Increased sensitivity due to the reduced friction and initial spring rate. More mid stroke support and excellent bottoming resistance due to the adjustable hydraulic bottom out circuit. Can be configured to any travel from 130 to 180mm of travel (chassis dependent) with 11 spring rates to cover nearly everybody! The kit is modular so you only need a few small parts to change travel or between brands.

Tractive Tuning system
for the Rockshox Super Deluxe and Monarch Plus

This is a complete upgrade package that includes custom tuning your shock’s compression and rebound circuit, and replacing the stock base valve with a new design that enables more usable compression adjustment. Tunes are calculated using advanced software taking into account the riders weight, riding style and the bike you ride.

Fractive fork tuning for Fox Fit4

Fractive is the fork version of the Tractive system, because fork tunes are always valved towards a mythical “average” rider with a priority of creating pedalling platforms rather than efficient bump control. Fractive replaces the stock cast zinc piston with a CNC’d alloy version so instead of an open, trail and climb mode you get 3 high speed compression settings specifically valved for you.

Luftkappe Air Piston Upgrade

The Luftkappe is an air piston upgrade for Rockshox and Fox forks. It increases the size of the negative chamber, lowering the initial spring rate. It improves mid stroke support & control and increased sensitivity, whilst providing superior small bump compliance and traction, reducing hand fatigue. The Luftkappe brings you closer to a coil-like feel, without the harsh bottoming of a completely linear spring. It will reduce required compression damping, and is compatible with Bottomless Tokens for added tunability.
