• You drop your whole bike with us any day before the booking during opening hours, or you can remove the parts yourself and drop off in person or ship to us via courier. We cannot ship or receive complete bikes

  • We suggest you allow 2-3 days from the booking date for your job to be fully processed. If we encounter issues that would add more time or cost, we will notify you before proceeding.

  • Please ensure your parts are with us before the day of the booking. Monday bookings can be dropped off by 10am. Note the time allocated in the booking system does not represent when the job will be completed. It is part of the software we used and can’t be changed

  • We are in a CBD location so most shipping companies reach us in a reasonable time. Post Haste, Aramex, NZ Couriers and Courier post all deliver daily. If using NZ post be sure to specify “courier” as the regular post only comes on certain days so can add lengthy delays to the shipping time.

  • Post Haste is our primary shipping partner. They have generally been reliable for us but each region can be different. If you have concerns or difficulties with receiving parcels, please let us know so we can look at alternatives in advance. This is why we get your shipping details at the time of booking.

  • We have space for storing parts and bikes so we can hang on to them until you are ready to pick up. The only thing we ask is invoices are paid within 1 week of job being finished and invoiced. We will be charging storage on unpaid items left for longer than a week after completion.

  • While we would love to be able to offer same-day turnarounds, we have found a number of factors make that too difficult to promise to our customers. In order to guarantee every product is serviced to our usual standards, we aim for 2-3 days to allow for unforeseen circumstances.

  • We service nearly all standard versions of suspension from Fox, Rockshox, DVO, Cane Creek, EXT and Push Industries. We don’t service proprietary shocks from Fox like the Trek Thru Shaft, Cannondale Dyad, Trek IsoStrut and all specialized Brain dampers etc. The Scott Nude and Trek Reaktiv (non thru-shaft) are usually OK but bear in mind parts availability is much more limited. Rockshox Thru Shaft shocks are OK.

  • No. There is little to no official parts, tooling and documentation support for these available to independent service centres which severely limits our ability to maintain them.

  • Proprietary shocks are made for specific bike companies and often use completely different parts and tooling which is not always made available to buy. They also get very limited updates to fix issues, and often have reliability problems due to receiving less development than the mainstream products. For that reason we are not able to service them to a level that would satisfy us or the customer. While there is sometimes 3rd party seal kits and tools available for some of them, that doesn’t cover some of the “hard” parts which might be needed, and should be supplied by the factory. Contact the dealer for your bike brand for servicing these.
