Making a booking
All work at the Lab must be booked in advance, our average lead time is between 1 and 2 weeks so please give your self plenty of time to get servicing done before things go wrong as we hate to see people left stranded!
If you have a race or riding trip planned we recommend servicing your suspension a minimum 3 or 4 weeks beforehand to give yourself plenty of time to get it turned around, especially if you are sending it in from out of town.
The first step is to make contact with us by phone - 07 3436163 or email jono@thesuspensionlab.nz and book a slot in the workshop. We will get your details and information about what model suspension you have so let us know how old they are and any problems you are experiencing. This gives us more chance to ensure the right parts are in stock in advance so the job can be turned around in the shortest time possible. We begin work at some point on the day of booking and aim to have it finished by closing time that day, but please let us know if you have time restrictions so that can be taken in to account
Then get your fork, shock or seatpost to us by 9am on the day of the booking. They can be couriered to us, delivered directly to the shop or you can leave the whole bike, but there is a small surcharge to cover the extra labour for removal and installation of the fork and shock.
