The Suspension Lab is a ‘custom-built’ workshop based in Rotorua, New Zealand.  We provide top quality solutions for all your suspension needs.  We are a Vorsprung Elite Partner Tuning Centre, the agent for Push industries and dealer for EXT Suspension.  We utilise innovative techniques, precision engineering and 15 years’ experience to bring you the ultimate suspension servicing.  

We are dedicated to “making bikes better’’ by providing custom servicing, set-up, damper tunes and upgrades to suit each rider’s specific needs. Our experience working with Elite Downhill, Enduro and Cross Country racers means we are able to apply our in-depth knowledge to the requirements of top-level athletes to ensure they get down the hill with confidence and ultimately less fatigued.  Our philosophy is simple – do it once and do it right!

At the Suspension Lab we use our extensive suspension experience to optimise the performance of your bike on the trails.  We are excited to be on the cutting edge of technology utilising shock dynamometer and data acquisition equipment to accurately test and evaluate the function of your suspension components.  Our meticulous approach to suspension servicing means we quantify the actual gains using data, instead of relying on the placebo effect, because if you’re not measuring, you’re guessing!
